Gerald
Pigeon
Employee of the Year, 2024, 2025, 2026.

Gerald joined SaaSn't in early 2024, initially as a bird that landed on the office windowsill and refused to leave. He was given a desk. Then a title. Then, through a series of administrative errors that nobody corrected, sign-off authority on the Bird Dimension Safety Protocol.

He has never attended a standup. He has never filed a Jira ticket. He has never asked whether we are a platform or a product. By every measurable metric, he has contributed more to this company than Greg.

Gerald does not have a LinkedIn. Gerald does not need a LinkedIn. Gerald has never described himself as “passionate about anything.” Gerald has never “leveraged synergies.” Gerald has never “circled back.” Gerald sat on a windowsill and was given equity. This says more about the tech industry than it does about Gerald.

He is looking at you right now. He is not judging. Pigeons don't judge. That's what makes them better than VCs.
